Remembering Who We Are
The Machu Picchu Meditationby Kathy Doore
This meditative journey will assist in accessing your own inherent light codes. Based in part on my own experiences with the energetic signature of the sacred sanctuary, Machu Picchu, this meditation was designed specifically to activate inner knowing, empowering release of restrictive patterning and allowing access to higher wisdom.
Preparation for the Meditation
The meditation is quite powerful! Don't be fooled by it's apparent simplicity. Use the meditation as often as you like. It's recommended that you start a journal and record your thoughts. The meditation is to be read slowly with ample pauses where needed. It runs approximately 30 minutes.
The starglyph symbolizes a doorway to Higher Consciousness accompanied by subtle energies interlaced within a spiraling helix. Once activated these previously domant codes will align with the frequencies of light. When resonant frequencies come into alignment we are able to access full consciousness, activating our lightbody, rise of the kundalini. 
The Crystal City of Light
In 1999, during a two hour group meditation in Machu Picchu, we successfully accessed the etheric doorway to the Crystal City of Light, the higher vibrational heart center of Machu Picchu, where we poured forth our prayers for planetary and personal healing. The following year a collective vision resulted in the opening of a dormant star chamber, following two days of sacred offerings. In June 2000 a synchronuous event connected the enigmatic crop formations in England with our work in Machupicchu, confirming our vision.
Events concluded late in the summer when a glorious rainbow appeared and a message was received.
Finally, following on the heels of the horrific events of September 11, our group received a wonderous confirmation of the co-creative Spirit ~ the potential for humanity.
The rainbow was the emblam of the Incas descendents of the ancient shining ones. They are with us still.
Awaiting the return of the Children of Light.
