sole interpretive painter of the "Iquenas in Oils" who has earned
deserved national and international recognition for her work.

Association Vice President
Lawyer Graduate of the Particular University of San Martin de Porres specializing
in Family Law. She is the official personal advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture.

Association Secretary and co-Director of the Museum
Museum Administration and founding partner
of the Association, daughter and heir of Dr. Cabrera, Eugenia is entrusted
with establishing the creation of The Ica Stones Museum and collaborative investigations.
Ricardo Jochamowitz Inchaustegui
Co-Director of the Museum
Economist and Researcher of The Message of the Engraved Stones of Ica and
Dr. Cabrera's pupil for more than 20 years, Mr. Jochamowitz is an investigator of the archaeological mysteries that
science has yet to explain, that are detailed in the engraving of the Ica Stones.

entrusted with the Physical Legal Health of the Historic Sanctuary.

Lima, ex-Secretary General to the Ministry of Agriculture, member of the
College of Lawyers, ex-commission member of the Privatization of "Eriaza"
Land, ex-member of the Evaluative Commission of Eco-tourism Activities in
Madre de Dios, and ex-Chief Advisory Officer of the Pronaa.
Dr. Rodolfo Valcarcel Riva
Lawyer graduated from the
University of San Martin de Porres, Legal advisor of the Personal Office of the Ministry of
Agriculture, member of the College of Lawyers, ex-professor of the UPSMP,
ex-advisor Secretary General to the Ministry of Agriculture and ex-adviser of
administration in the Alta Direccion (High Managerial Office) in Pronaa.
Ms Elizabeth Vallejos Rios
Metallurgical engineer, Intranet and Internet Designer, and Specialist in corporate image
and manufacturing of web sites and interactive multimedia. Master in the studies of
Foreign Trade from the National University of Engineering.
Mr. Ernest A. Jochamowitz Olivry
Academic auditor of the
Mercantile Lyceum of San Marcos University of Peru, Credits and Collections Technique,
Seminars and Special Courses, with more than 40 years experience in company
organization and reorganization management offering support in the
negotiations between the private and public institutions for the efficient
operation of the Association.
Dr. Gino Barnuevo Cuellar
Lawyer, Notary of the City of Ica, and Promotor-Director of the Seminary Association of Peru;
Cultural Specialist.
Ines Olivry Solano
Tourist guide, administrative assistant. She lends
administrative support to the Association for the actualization of events,
seminars, tourism and filming.

NEW MUSEUM DEVELOPMENT
ORVAL School of Architecture and Interior Design has been commissioned by the Ica Stones Association
to head a new project for the development of their new museum according to the Museum Director, Eugenia Cabrera.
Project directors, Mercedes Berdejo Alvarado and Martial Borzee will oversee the design
initiative. ORVAL
has incorporated the principals of Feng Shui into its program, including a wide spectrum
of stylistic Peruvian design. The new Ica Stone Museum will be built in the nearby village of
Guadalupe along the Pan American highway one half hour drive from Ica city.
