Ordering Instructions

Full resolution and web resolution quality images in .jpg format, will be emailed.

Price $195.00/per image usage fee per requirement in our release below. Payment by credit card via PayPal preferred.



Please List Photo Name (as stated on photo), and the page address where it was found, and include the following:

4) Email address:

5) Please explain where and how the images will be used, i.e. book, magazine article, television etc.

After we've received your payment we will send a receipt, emailed images, and a Photo Release Agreement signed by us as follows.

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE

This Photography Usage License controls your right to use any image(s) ordered or downloaded from labyrinthina.com for general purposes. You agree to be bound by the terms hereof by ordering or downloading any image(s).

IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the fees stated for ordering or downloading one or more photographic images from kathydoore.com, markawasi.com or labyrinthina.com web sites, and in further consideration of your acceptance of the provisions of this agreement, I hereby grant you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to use such images subject to the following terms and conditions:

You are licensed to use the image(s) worldwide, with no limit on the number of times used, for:

A. Advertising, Promotional Materials, Posters, Postcards, and Product Packaging,

B. Online Web Pages, and Television, Film

C. Any and All Products, Publications (print or electronic) including Products for Sale, Magazines, and Books,

D. Personal non-Commerical, and Fund Raising

The image(s) itself (themselves) may not be copied, distributed or used other than as set forth above. Under no circumstances shall the image(s) be used for pornographic, libelous, defamatory or any other improper or illegal purposes.

Ownership.

All rights to the image(s) are owned by Kathy S. Doore and are protected by United States copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable laws. Kathy S. Doore retains any and all rights, titles and interests not expressly granted by this license agreement. You may not transfer, assign or sublicense the image(s). Any attempt to transfer or assign this license, shall automatically terminate this license.

User Warranties.

You warrant that you will take all necessary steps to prohibit and prevent duplication or further distribution of the image(s). Kathy S. Doore shall not be liable for any general, special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the license and use of the image(s).
